提供橋梁檢測新模式
現行公路橋梁檢測及補強規範係著重於一般性橋梁之檢測及補強，對於特殊性橋梁則由公路養護管理機關、公路養護單位依橋梁特性、現地狀況及養護條件另訂檢測及養護規定。但鑑於南方澳跨港大橋斷橋事件，實有必要針對特殊性橋梁之檢測及補強訂定原則性規定，爰啟動本次修訂作業。
